Hi My name is Trudy. I have been an RN since 1990 and started working right away at BC Children’s Hospital in the Cardiology unit. I loved it there, but after having my 4 babies, here in Langley, I decided I wanted to work closer to home. I loved my experience with the labour and delivery of my own children and jumped at the opportunity to work at Langley Memorial Maternity unit in 2003. I have truly loved helping families through a most amazing journey as they grow their families. Sandra

Sandra has been working in Labour and Delivery since 1999.  She knew very quickly when starting nursing school that this was where her passion for nursing was headed with the first delivery she saw.  In her spare time this busy mother of three enjoys anything outdoors; camping, fishing, hunting, hiking, gardening, and even raising a few hobby farm pets of her own.  Her love for teaching combined with her Labour and Delivery knowledge come together in this action packed class.

Ruth hails from the far east of Toronto.  In 1988, at 37 weeks pregnant, her husband Dave, and herself headed, with all their belonging in a trailer, for beautiful West Coast, settling in Langley, BC. Ruth has worked at Langley Memorial Hospital since then and 2000 began in Labour and Delivery when she completed her Perinatal Nursing Speciality. Since then she has completed her Neonatal Speciality as well. Mary has been nursing for over 30 years. Her passion is for working with expectant families. Mary has nursed at Royal Columbian Hospital for 20 years.
